Images printed blury when using pdf sources

Hello,
I have just transformed a pdf document
into an .exe file with HTML executable and it worked fine. But when I
print a page containing images from the .exe file, the quality is much
poorer than when I print the same page from the pdf document with
Adobe Reader. I use the same printer with the same parameters in both
cases. In the printed pdf image, the details are fine whereas the
images printed from the .exe edition are all blury. Can anyone give
me some clues on this issue ?
