Leave CEF runtime files outside

Hi,

I am trying this option :

Leave CEF runtime files outside the EXE file

My question is :

How to reditribuate it with .EXE file , and why is it not recommended to use this option ?

Answer is in the documentation:

Not recommended because this causes an additional dependency: your end users must have the files to run the EXE.
