My exeoutput is pinned to the top of window [SOLVED]

My copy of exeoutput does not have it’s window’s bar on top. It is also pinned to the top of the screen. I can’t move it around and the window does not float anymore.

Can you let me know what can be done to get it back to normal?

I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing a few times to different directories and still the same thing.
Please let me know how to fix this.

Search for a file named exoprefer.xml on your computer: it stores the window position of ExeOutput for PHP. Remove it and it should reset your window.
