New feature request

I have custom actions that I must replicate for both 32bit and 64bit OS. I can only copy a single custom action at a time. This makes copying dozens of custom actions tedious and it is easy to get something out of order and cause problems.

It would be nice to be able to copy a group of custom actions and paste them all in one action. Maybe in 3.1

Well, you can currently copy/paste block of custom actions:
