Newer chromium with new CSS support, been waiting for so long..!

I’ve been following the forum and site for almost two years now, and after reading all those “in few weeks”, and “in beginning of next year” answers about upcoming ExeOutput which has never happened, I just wonder if developing have ceased? I mean with all the respect, I’m not one to say when to release anything or how to develop - but the project for I’d like to purchase ExeOutput will require support for latest CSS and current version does not. I even tried to change chromium engine to current ExeOutput but it will cause program just to crash

Don’t get me wrong - I’m very excited of your project tho and I would very happily pay full version of it, but with current version, - my project will not run with it successfully, so I’d just like to ask - is there any “real-ish” ETA for next version - and/or will there be newer chromium with today’s css support into it or should I just turn my project to Rust or something…? Exeoutput would be just so sooo perfect for this

Thank you for your continued interest and patience in our development of the upcoming ExeOutput for PHP update. Please rest assured that ExeOutput for PHP is still being developed. In fact, we are working towards a future version of ExeOutput for PHP that will include a more recent Chromium rendering engine. We chose CEF version 109.1.18.0, which is the latest Chromium engine that officially supports Windows 7, as we aim to maintain compatibility with this OS in the 2023 version of ExeOutput for PHP.

There have unfortunately been significant delays in some of our projects due to personal circumstances affecting our developers. However, we have moved past these issues and are now actively working to release significant updates, starting with the eagerly anticipated HTML Executable 2023, which will feature WebView2 (this will subsequently be integrated into ExeOutput as well).

While I can’t provide a concrete ETA at this moment, it will be sure in 2023. Maintenances of customers will be extended to take account of the long delay between the two releases for free.
