Hi, I have been using PacquetBuilder for a few weeks, and it has started crashing either on initialization or when I choose the Open Project option. I tried reinstalling it, but this didn’t help. I had planned on doing a reinstall, and then doing a clean reinstall. The install program gave me the option to reinstall first, though, so I chose that. I’m using version 3.3.1 on Windows 10, 64 bit, on an HP 15 notebook with 8 GB RAM. I haven’t installed any new software to my recollection, although I see Windows Update KB 3102510 installed over the weekend and it started crashing yesterday (Monday). KB3106932 installed on 10/30, and I may have used PaquetBuilder since then. Any suggestions? I really need to get a project done for my company. Many thanks, Maggie
ETA: I created a new user ID with admin privilege to see whether it might be a profile issue, but it crashed when logged in with that ID, too.
