Printable certificate for completing course

My ebook is a course that has a quiz. If the quiz is passed, then the user goest to the last page which has a printable certificate.
Ideally what I’d like to do is collect the username at the start and when the last page is reached it puts the username, date, coursename on a certificate of completion that can be printed or downloaded.
Is there anyway of doing this and is there anyone that could help with implementing this part? Can you let me know the cost please

With HEScript scripting, you should be able to achieve this. We have a working script sample named "How to prompt end users for their name once and store it? " available at http://www.htmlexe.com/help/samplescript1.htm
You can study it and this should help you to create your certificate.
