Purchased XLS Padlock But Still Showing Trial Message

Hi there,

I’ve purchased XLS Padlock, but I’m still seeing a pop-up message saying that it’s a trial version.Screenshot.webp

I’ve tried reinstalling the software and creating new Excel files, but the issue persists every time when I open the application.

Is there a way to remove the trial version pop-up?

If you use the WooCommerce Integration Kit for online activation, verify that you have not enabled the trial nag screen into the workbooks.json file. That would explain why you are getting the initial trial message.

I've activated it and tried to reactivate it again, but it's still displaying as the trial version on the applications

I see now, this error message is not due to XLS Padlock itself, but rather the activation options you configured for your project.
You certainly made a key for testing with that option enabled:

That's the option which shows the nag screen on the screenshot you sent.

To remove this, try this button: Clear Activation Data

Hi, thanks for looking into this.

I'm pretty sure the option is already disabled, but I followed your suggested steps and cleared activation data just in case. Unfortunately, I'm still encountering the same issue. I found it only shows the trial version message when I use online validation via WooCommerce, I won't see this message if I use manual activation.
