Questions: Shortcut and Uninstaller

I just tried these two functionalities and couldn’t find how to name a Shortcut without the “Open” and “file” (at the end) word that comes with it, can you tell me how to? also want to ask if there’s a uninstaller option to build the installer with it, and how to? thanks
