Buenos dias. Hace ocho años no volví a pagar la renovación porque no me contestaba soporte a mis preguntas. Hoy sigo con el mismo problema soporte de Hmtlexe y gdgsoft tampoco contestan. La atención al usuario es importante y se demoran en actualizar cuando le dicen a uno en la próxima actualización. Creo que es falta de respecto ante los usuarios de ustedes.
