Run Time Error 1004, Cannot Open Excel File

I have 2 Excel Worbooks;
  1. Main: I need to Secure through Padlock
  2. The Database: From which the Main Workbook, fetch records.
I added The Database file through Companion File Option of XLSPadlock, but in response of getting data fetched, its giving me an error (Run Time Error 1004, Excel Cannot Open the File.

You probably enabled this option:

Then, other workbook files won’t be loaded by Excel. Unless you authorize it (it’s explained in the doc).
