Runtime Error and External Exception 80000003

I have a problem. When I compile publication it is running well on my computer, but when I test it with other computers, it is giving either of the two error messages.

I the first publication worked well, but after republishing it refused to work on other computers. Kindly assist

Looks like you have a problem with a third-party software. For instance an antivirus program. Do you have such a program? If yes, what is its name? And did you try to disable it temporarily or whitelist your EXE file?
