Save user-defined window position and size of a pupup window?

Is that possible to save user-defined window position of a pupup window?

This can be written in HEScript but it will be cumbersome. And the popup window must have the same name each time (so you can’t use some _blank parameter to open the popup). If you use JavaScript or HEScript, then it could be doable.
