Shearing across monitors still extant

While the access violations seem to have been solved, the problem with the window image shearing while moving across monitor boundaries is still present.

Luna and No skinnable off is what I use already.

The shearing is less than before and on many occasions, the window will repaint itself after a few seconds but not all the time. Last version, it had to be very slowly moved off screen and back to allow repaint. The speed is much quicker now, just reporting that it will remain sheared many times.
