Start Error HTML Executable

When I start HTML Executable I see errors in the links

How can fix it
 
If you have Norton antivirus or similar software from Symantec:
  • uninstall HTML Executable
  • disable your antivirus
  • install HTML Executable
  • add the HEBUILD.EXE to the whitelist (refer to instructions).
This will fix this error.
