Symfony framework compatibility

Hello - I have a symfony project and I compiled it successfully.
On start nothing shows up and I see this error in the log:

5/22/2018 12:02:53 AM PHP ERROR: Moved Temporarily
5/22/2018 12:02:53 AM Scheme Request URL start: http://heserver/symfony/web/index.php/auth/login

Any suggestions?

Hello. I downloaded the latest version from your site.
I have also tried laravel. Do you have any step by step instructions for symfony and laravel?
