Table of Contents & Download only on one computer/device

In short, I found your http://www.htmlexe.com/Home. I want to sell my ebook and it seems to me that your website has given me a solution. Therefore, I downloaded the trial edition with the intention to buy it later on. When I tried, the ebook can still be opened on any computer. What I want is actually, the purchaser of my ebook can only and only open it on just one single computer. Would you please let me know how to do it?
