Taskbar stucked

many times when user clicks on software
softwares does not opens and goes in limbo
stucked in taskbar
then we need to go to taskbar
end the task
then we try and it gets opened

now my customers doesnt know this all
so i need some kind of solution to this

i use sqlite3 database
