Can the ebook be read on cell phones and e-readers such as kindle and stuff? Some people want to buy my book, but not sure it will work on their tablets and such. Is it strictly for desktop computers?

Yes, HTMLEXE is designed for Windows. We have plans for an Android version soon.

No, the android version will be released as a separate product for technical reasons.
