Unable to Create Directory [SOLVED]

I am receiving the error 'Unable to Create Directory" when compiling a package. The package in question extracts 2 batch files and one vbs script to a location then executes the batch files in two custom actions. Upon the error the package is not built.

Has anyone seen this before?

Please check whether you have write permission in the output folder of your package EXE file.
