USB Software problem

I have a software made with exeoutput
database is already in data folder marked as outside file

In all pc, USB software works perfectly
but in one of my client pc
when usb inserted
software opens perfectly
but can not read or write from database

please help

Did you ask your client if he used any antivirus or anti-adware blocker ?

he does not uses any antivirus
i made sure of it
