Hello is there any way after a web update to notify users that their publication has been updated? For example: 1.User updates publication 2.User runs publication after update A box like the custom userLicenseDialog box which runs only ONCE, comes up with information on what was updated.

or by some other alternative procedure, I have done some tests but if the program is running there is no possibility to overwrite it
 
For instance, you can try wyUpdate or WinGUp (that is used to update Notepad++)
