Webpages don't open in a popup window

Hello, I compiled a presentation with external web links. When clicking on the link a new HTMLEXE popup window opens, but content does not load. My PC runs Windows 7, IE11, HTMLEXE 4.6.

I also have some issues with displaying web content on other computers with older IE versions.

How this can be fixed? The links work fine when opened in a regular way in IE.

Make sure you don’t have a firewall that prevents the EXE from accessing to the Internet.
