Win 10 Error when my workbook opens

Some of my clients receives this error in windows 10. attached here is the image they have captured.

Please ask your customers to reinstall their Office 365. This means that the installation is corrupted. It’s not due to XLS Padlock itself.
 
Also have them close or turn off ‘Chrome’ from running.
(It may also try to open it if the file is on the Desktop, etc)
