Wont install, says I have 32 bit OS but I have 64 bit

Trying to install XLS PL on my second computer, which is a Microsoft Surface Pro 5 with Win 10/64 bit. I try to install XLS but it tells me I can’t because I have a 32 bit OS and the installer is for 64 bit. However mt OS is actually 64 bit, and I have confirmed that in the settings. So why is this happening?

Turns out it is 32 bit. Although on the about page in settings says 64bit.
So I have been able to install it.
