Workaround to invoke the XLS Padlock add-in when the standard ribbons are hidden

We use custom ribbons and the standard Microsoft ribbon is hidden.
How can we run the tool.
Is there a cod snippet you can give or is there a command line option or can the tool run without launching the excel application taking the excel file to be compiled as input.
Any help will be appreciated.
I am new to this product and am using the Trial version

A workaround is available: you can also access all XLS Padlock commands with the context menu (right click on a cell of your workbook).
