    I have some ideas: some clients reported that they have used Open Office before instaling Microsoft Office, maybe xlsx/xlsm files are not opened by proper program? maybe antivirus software deletes macros?

    that is not the case. The manual activation is turned off. But the code connected to the order on the server was reset. Maybe it caused the problem?

    Spreadsheet activated. When client activated an excel window opens with instructions to run the file but after a few seconds it disappears without any message stops working. The same thing happens every time. MS Office version: 2019 What can be done to prevent it? He disabled antivirus program.
