2024 Version - Flash with Chromium 87 Issue

I was trying to make a quick demo for fellow teacher using 2024 and Chromium 87 engine. Unfortunately, we cannot use Ruffle so that is not even an option.

Not working, will not even load.

I have used the update utility and shows I have already download V87:

I see nothing in Windows Event Viewer that references the issue but might not know exactly where to look.

There is nothing special about the project, a simple HTML page with link to external website. I’d be happy to share the project, but it is really nothing more than HTML page with a link and Chromium V87 as render engine.

Not my system, have tried project on my desktop and laptop with exact results.

I really need to solve this.

Greetings friends. I have been waiting and waiting for a solution on this. Will it be addressed soon or should I move on?

Our main dev said that he found the problem. I’ll ask whether the fix will be included in the final release.
