About Box Blank

After making changes to about box (paid rights to do so), it pops up blank:



Also, just out of curiosity, how do you handle connections errors here and show users this message:


Network Error
while trying to load /c/exeoutput-for-php/l/latest.json
Please check your connection.

What about if you reset the about box? Does it still appear blank or is it only with your changes?
The image is too small so please repost it to see what you meant about the message displayed to users.

Does not seem to matter if using default or custom. Sometimes the about box content appears but more often it does not.
