I recently did an update to my spreadsheet and deployed it on my website. I use the Woocommerce kit and automated activation codes. I have never had problems with it working before the update to version 2019. Now the program goes to the activation folder and seems to be checking it for a long time, but it brings back an error message.
The activation key is the one generated by the system as the customer’s email address-order #.
I am able to use the stand alone Key Generator to manually activate my spreadsheet, but I need for the automated version to work.
I checked the config.ini file to make sure that the product code, secret key, etc. all matches the XLS Padlock generator items and nothing has changed.
What other reason can cause this error?
