Can I use the licence key of 64bit version of XLSPadlock for 32bit if I wish to downgrade to Excel 32bit?

Hi,
I’m considering to downgrade Excel to 32bit version instead of 64bit which I have now installed.
Can I use the same license key I’ve purchased for XLSpadlock 64bit?

Yes, you can activate both editions with the same activation key without having to purchase another license.

Same activation key also if I make a new installation on different PC?
(I want to uninstall and reinstall both Excel and XLSPadlock on other PC - this time 32bit instead of 64bit)
