Cannot validate

It’s because you generated a manual activation key and you use online validation. Since there is no online record for that manual activation key, validation cannot work for it.
The solution is to create a manual activation key that bypasses validation; in the key generator, tick this:

that is not the case. The manual activation is turned off. But the code connected to the order on the server was reset. Maybe it caused the problem?
 
I use online activation.

What to do in following scenario:
1. Client downloads a file
2. Activates it on computer A
3. Asks to reset activation - so I delete an entry in Woo
4. Then activates on computer B
5. Asks to reset activation - so I delete an entry in Woo again
6. Then tries to activate again on compuer A and gets error:
"Cannot validate this activation key, no previous activation was found in the order database."

How can I let a client activate again on computer A.
