Compile Error in hidden network

Hello,
a user reported that whenever he enters data into a new cell the attached error message pops up using the compiled exe file. When he clicks on OK, he is able to enter the data, but each time an entry is made, the error message pops up again.

Has anyone had similar problems and knows a way how to fix this? Or what the reason is for the error message.

Please check with your customer whether he has the latest Excel updates and patches.
