Error in runtime

I compiled with php v 7.4 I got this error in login page :

I recompiled with php 7.1 problem solved. but I got that runtime problem while saving data in employee table.

EXEOUTPOT 2020.2

in browser work I can add data to the table of database. but in exe with EXEOUTPOT login works well but I got that runtime problem while saving data in employee table (GUI). manually can add data with (adminer) to database and show data in employee section. I solve my pervious problems with htaccess etc. hope this problem stop thanks
