Exe File not running

I have a client who has an updated Windows 10 pro-64-bit with Excel 365. They downloaded the EXE file, and when they ran it on the computer, nothing happened, and the program never even opened up.

They downloaded the EXE file onto a Windows 11 with a 2306 Excel Build (?) and 32-bit. The exe filed opened and ran without any issues.

Please advise so I can help my client solve this issue.

The exe file was built to operate on either 32 or 64-bit.

If nothing happens when the executable file is launched, it’s possible that Windows is refusing to run it. I suggest checking the Windows Event Viewer to see if there are any indications. Additionally, the client might be using an aggressive antivirus that prevents new applications from running. It would be wise to check this as well.
