Getting error when try to compile

I got this error:

A fatal error has occurred:
Cannot open file “C:\Program Files (x86)\Paquet Builder 3\Compiler\DialogBoxes\dlgwiznotallintaller.inf”. The system cannot find the file specified
Compilation aborted; The package has NOT been created.
