Hi,

How to find out which version number to use for expiration?
And may be how to convert if the formats used are different?

I can´t find the field where the version number comes from.

It’s up to you to choose a version number in the field. It can be any number. The program will simply associate an expiration date to the number. If you then decide to release a new version of your ebook and want to offer a new expiration date to customers, just modify the version number (you can increase it for instance) and choose the new date.

What happens if i don´t use a version number, but still use the expiration date?

Is it possible to run any ebooks after that date?

If you don’t use a version number, then once your ebook has expired, it will remain expired. So no, it won’t work after that date. The sole way would be erasing publication traces (with the feature of HTML Executable) or changing the Publication GUID.
