How to translate "Navigation" and "Help" into polish?

I've translated the HEL file into Polish. The entire interface is now in my native language. However, there are two remaining interface terms that are in English and not in the HEL file. These are the tab names at the top left of the screen, between the menu and icons: "Navigation" and "Help".

Indeed, it's a problem that will be fixed into next release.
As a workaround, you can change them yourself with the UI editor. Here are the steps to do so:
