Hyperlinks between pdf files after compile does not works

I have multibple pdf files, one of them is the index file and it have links to others
I attached compressed folder, for testing
actually it have lot of files but I deleted and kept only few for your testing
index page: fasttools.pdf

after open the pdf file fasttools.pdf click on general it should take you to other pdf file
after compile it doesn’t
