Internal Server Error on CI farmework

Hi,

I am getting “Internal Server Error” error after run application. I am not using apache mod rewrite (htaccess).
URL rewriting is following CI framework but when i had tried to debug then found below error.

Request URL:ghe://heserver/index.php
Request Method:GET
Status Code:500 Internal

How to fix this problem?

500 Internal means the PHP runtime has got errors while processing PHP script. Enable debug options in ExeOutput.
