Issue after launching exe

client has an issue launching the exe… all see skin but no application - attached a screenshot of what they are seeing. They are running XP. The app converted was Articulate Presenter. No issues on windows 7 machines. can’t say that all XP machines have the issue but the machines that do have the issue are XP. any ideas?

The problem seems to be due to the Flash player.
Make sure your customers have the latest version, and that their computers meet the system requirements for Flash / articulate files.

question … is there a min version of flash for html executable or is articulate presenter driving what version is needed?

HTML Exe just uses the Flash player installed on the end user’s computer. Articulate has probably Flash requirements. You should check their documentation.
