Libcef.dll

On only ONE of 10 computers running the exe i get error loading libcef.dll error code 0x0000005 access denied.

Of what i have read it can be antivirus. We are running threatlocker but the same on all computers. Should be almost the same on all computers. What can differ is Microsoft Visual C++ availability. I cant get my hands on that computer but could libcef.dll error show if visual c++ is not installed?

I will get my hand on that computer next week for a short time period and need to know what i should look for when trying to find a solution.

I do run portable exe, i guess libcef is loaded from memory?
