I have been trying for 6 days to get a license after I have purchased. I have sent 3 messages with no reply from anyone. Can I get some help please or a refund.
Resent the licensing email to you, and also through our ticket system. Licenses are automatically delivered, so you should have received your email within minutes after confirmation. Have you checked your spam folder?
