PlanSwift software is a Quantity Surveying software. After installation on the PC; it is automatically appears on the Excel worksheet, and it can import the the data from planSwift to the Excel sheet. but after protecting the worksheet with XLS padlock; this important feature was gone.
Please advice with a method to make the protected worksheet configure and integrate with other software.

I suppose that the PlanSwift software has some Excel add-in. Since XLS Padlock turns all Excel add-ins by default into the secure Excel instance, you have to modify that option. You can allow all add-ins or indicate which add-in you want to allow (if you know the COM ProgID of the add-in, contact PlanSwift software to ask them for that info).
