Paquet Builder 3.3 does not include all files

Reproduce:
Use a directive file with a template and linked folder as source.
If in the source directory are located files like this:
  • FILENAME
  • FILENAME.EXT
    both files are not included in the selfextracting executable.
The same project/directive combination works with version 3.2.
