Preventing Windows from shutting down

hi,
when i try to shutdown windows i receive the following message “this app is preventing shutdown”.
Does any one got this problem ?
How to solve it ?

Have you checked ExeOutput 2018.2? We don’t get this error for Windows 10. Closing Windows 10 ends the application as expected, even if it is not closed.
