Is there anyway to remove the printer configuration popup, so the application can print without showing that popup with default setting.

Do you mean the Print dialog? Have you tried to disable the “ShowPageSetup” option? See:

Yes, only for IE currently. Here are the options available for Chromium:

You can create PDF files and send them directly to a shared printer on Windows, this is what I’ve had to do.
