No worries I figured it out. Excel when you have cells locked will not allow web link updating unless you unlock the cells and unprotect the sheet. Clearly, this creates an issue if you have a sheet you do not want your end user accessing formulas and processes on, but also requires web updating, so you would have to lock cells and protect the sheet, but then unlock and refresh data then relock. I figured out how to do it with a timed macro. Anyone having this issue and wants a copy of the macro Let me know.
