Run PHP 7.4 in Exeoutput 2024

Hi, i installed the new version of Exeoutput, and now my app made with php 7.4 doesn’t work. I installed the php 7.4 Runtime (copy into exeoutput folder) but still doesn’t work. What can I do?

Also make sure that the same PHP extensions are compiled.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I already check everything. At first i got an alert about not having PHP 7.4 with a link to download it. In the list it didn’t show up. I went to php page and download the PHPRuntime74 and copy to the folder of ExeOutput, and the alert didn’t show up anymore, but the app doesn’t work. I assume the version of PHP that I downloaded is not running properly. Where can I find a working version provide by you? Thanks.

I have never had to download a version of PHP and install it. The software automatically handles the complete process. I do not think manually installing a php version will work without issues.

Think you need to wait on admin support to assist you.

Thanks again. What I did finally was move the app to PHP 8.1 and fix the compatibility issues. Seems to work ok. I will close the request.

For your information, PHP 7.4 is available by using the Web Update tool that ships with ExeOutput. Don’t use the vanilla distribution from php.net.
