Shortcut's target Changes Taskbar Excel Icon

Hello.
I would like to know if is it possible to set some properties of the shortcut that will be created, and if it is, how can I do to set:

Target = User’s Excel.exe location before the application location;

I realized that doing this is possible to change the excel icon of the lower taskbar, too.

Sure, you can modify the shortcut’s properties directly into Paquet Builder.

It probably must be done as a custom action, I think.

If it’s not a bother to you to you, could you explain to me how to do this?

It can be done via the GUI and without custom actions.
Open the PBPX file - project generated for Paquet Builder by XLS Padlock:



Then you can change properties:
